FTP / FXP bnc (bouncer / relay) program.

Single process
SSL/TLS capable, both control and data with optional to force both or just control
Relay data as well as without
Convert PORT->PASV or PASV->PORT for some firewall situations
EPSV -> PASV conversion also possible
Force local IP for PASV replies (if NATed)
Identd support
Command IDEN feature to send real ident@IP with FTPD that support it
Does not require root (for local listen ports > 1024)
